Basketball

Noah has wanted to do every sport with his friends, so we have gone from one to the next and so on since he was old enough to start rec leagues. Right now, it's Basketball and though he knows the least about this sport and its total chaos on the court (and he is still the dandelion picker) he LOVES it!!! So, we encourage him for as long as he will let us. He has a blast playing! He is number 20!

You can barely see him in there but he is being a super aggressive guard behind the girl that has the ball:)

Atleast he isnt the only kid thats facing the wrong way:)

Not sure what happened here but he is about to eat it!!

Just chillin with his hand in his pocket??

Come on rebound!!

His favorite part...no one can bug him until he chooses to pass the ball:)

I started doing P90X this week to get in shape for our upcoming cruise and Easton LOVES doing it with me! I am sure I burn a little less calories with a little helper but it SOOO cute I don't mind at all:)

TriSchool Trot

Noahs school does the same fundraiser every year. Its called a TriSchool Trot and the kids get pledges for how many laps they can "trot" and the 3 local school come together and have a little fun run at the High School track. I am always surprised that Noah gets so excited (he isn't a very athletic little thing) but he loves to do it and is motivated to get to the "Happy Meal with the Principle" prize level every year!! This year Mom was super sick so Dad took him, just the 2 of them:)

Start off fabulously!!

Takes a few drink breaks:)

Starting to wind down...

And....he out!! The bleachers look too appealing:)

Yet, he somehow had energy left to run up and down them??

Mud Vs Man 2011

I know this blog is mostly about our kids but believe it or not Keith and I actually get to go do something fun as adults!! Though from the looks of it we don't choose very "adult" activities!! I suppose thats why we have so much fun with our kids:)

Keith and Me...Before

The Angels and Outlaws Team!!
BACK: Keith, Amber, Harold, Amanda, Kristian, Bonnie, Caroline, Eric, Katie FRONT: Cory and Bree

The finish line consisted of a giant soapy water slide into a pool of mud and one last Army crawl through the mud to the end!!

THE AFTERS...

This will definitely be a yearly activity!! We spent more time wrestling and fighting in the mud then actually trying to finish but thats what made it fun!!! :)

Potty Time!!

We had the worst time potty training Noah so I had no intentions to start Easton until closer to 3 years old. However, Noah is such a good big brother that he decided to start for me and took it upon himself to teach Easton all on his own!! Once Easton had actually used the potty himself I couldn't discourage him so we jumped right in!! Bring out the sticker charts, treat jars, and 30 min timers. Prepare yourself to stay home and be naked for a few days and ...TADAAA...He has done sooo well!!! Very few accidents and after only a week he spends more time in underwear than diapers and even gets up at night to go!!

Just reading on the throne!!

Little munchkin bums in big boy undies!!! ADORABLE:)

His first prize after filling his sticker chart:)
It only took about 3 weeks and 3 potty charts until we were totally DONE!!! He never has accidents and even sleeps in his undies!! We are officially a diaper free zone!!! :) He didn't even need the potty chairs for more then 2 weeks. He climbs up on the regular potty all by himself...we don't even have to tell him!! YIPEE!!

Noah was soooo excited about Will!! I was kind of surprised. He asked for days when we could go see Will again. I think we were there for a few days in a row! He just adores him...and so do we:)
