Whoops!!

SURPRISE!!! 

We are apparently expecting our 3rd little one:) Who knew?? The Lord will find a way to direct your life where He wants it one way or another. We had just finished the licensing process to be ready to foster/adopt and I had my heart set on a 5-ish year old to add to our family. the Lord apparently had other plans, so adoption is on hold for this little one! I hope I have enough time to wrap my head around an infant instead of a potty trained, school aged child!! Yikes:) Details to come...

Noahs first Piano Recital

 Noah has been taking Piano for a few months now and he is LOVING it. His Aunt AnnMarie is his teacher which makes him love it that much more:) He is a little musician with an amazing imagination so this suits him much more comfortably then most sports. He played 3 songs...I Know My Father Lives, Zelda, and Little Indian. He enjoyed learning them all and was almost as proud of himself as we were of him:)

He never can be one of the kids sitting in his chair and holding still. He is always at the edge of his seat playing with something:)

AnnMarie gave a fun little introduction to him...

Then he introduced himself and told everyone what he would play...

And he played!! PERFECTLY:)

AnnMarie closed it out by playing an amazing solo herself. We are lucky to have such a talented Aunt around to learn from:)

 He loves piano and his teacher sooo much. We are soo grateful he has this opportunity to enjoy lessons with someone he loves:) She uses the Jon Schmidt method which has clicked with Noah really well. Thank You sooo much AnnMarie:)

Homemade Noodles

I finally found a way to use my old craft display hangers and a more effective way to dry homemade noodles!! Common cents I am sure for some but I was still proud of myself:)

Happy Anniversary

Our 9 year Anniversary was technically yesterday but Noahs school centennial was that night so we celebrated the next day. I got beautiful flowers from my hubby and we went out on a too few and far between date night that night. Dinner and a Movie of course...too bad I dont remember which movie or restaurant??

Summit Centennial Celebration

Noahs elementary school is 100 years old today!! They put on a fun show for the whole city and did dances and musical performances that traditionally represented different decades through the years:) What a way to celebrate your 9th wedding anniversary..huh?? :)
